Below you will find the T&Cs in order to enter the XBO raffle (the ”Raffle”).
Eligibility to enter:
- Entry to the Raffle is available only to people over the age of 18. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide proof of age and/or identity.
- Entry to the Raffle is only permitted for individuals who are conference participants.
How to enter:
- In order to participate in the Raffle each individual will need to be a conference participant and will need to be an existing client of XBO and should abide by the terms and conditions that are uploaded and can be found on the XBO websitehttps://www.xbo.com/Content/files/Terms&Conditions.pdf.
The Prize:
- The winner of the Raffle will be drawn at random.
- The Raffle will include the prize of 1 BTC (One Bitcoin) (hereinafter the “Prize”).
Winner announcement and Receipt of the Prize:
- The date and time of the announcement of the winner of the Raffle will be at the discretion of XBO.
- The date and time of the delivery of the Prize will be at the discretion of XBO.
Data Protection and publicity:
- You consent to any personal information you provide when participating in the Raffle being used by XBO for the purposes of administrating the Raffle, and for these purposes as defined within our privacy policy that is uploaded and can be found on the XBO websitehttps://www.xbo.com/en/privacy-policy.
- The winner of the Raffle agrees to the release of their first name.
- All personal information shall be used in accordance with the XBO privacy policyhttps://www.xbo.com/en/privacy-policy.
Limitation of Liability:
- XBO does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any participants as a result of participating in the Raffle.
General:
- By entering the Raffle each participant agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
- XBO reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
