This giveaway (the 'Giveaway') is organized by XBO (the 'XBO').
By accessing the Giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and you shall be legally bound by any and all of these Terms regardless of your location or nationality.
If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not access or participate in the Giveaway.
Eligibility: The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of jurisdictions through which XBO may offer its services who are at least 18 years of age or older, and the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdiction of residence. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide proof of age and/or identity. The Giveaway is open to individuals globally, except were prohibited by local laws or regulations. By accessing the Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of and are not located in any restricted jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Giveaway. You acknowledge that the Giveaway is subject to certain geographic restrictions and may not be available in your area. XBO, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, sales representatives, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns (collectively the “Promotional Parties”) are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. This also includes any respective immediate family members and/or those living in the same household each (whether related or not). For purposes of these terms a “family member” includes any spouse, partner, parent or step-parent, legal guardian, in-law, grandparent, children or step-children, siblings or step-siblings, and grandchildren.
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on 25/09/2024 and will end on the 09/10/2024 (the 'Entry Period').
Prize Details: A total of $500 in DOGS cryptocurrency will be awarded to five (5) winners, each receiving $100 in DOGS. The DOGS cryptocurrency value will be determined at the time of prize distribution.
How to Enter: To participate, entrants must complete the following steps:
1. Join both of XBO’s Telegram groups:1) t.me/XBOExchange
2) t.me/xbocom
2. Like and retweet the official Giveaway tweet on Twitter.
3. Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the tweet and include the phrase: 'Check XBO.'
Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted after the end of the Entry Period at a date that will be determined by XBO. Winners will be notified via direct message on Twitter and will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize.
Prize Claim: Winners must respond within 48 hours of being notified. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be delivered in DOGS cryptocurrency to the XBO account they will create in their name.
Disqualification: XBO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: (a) Fails to meet the eligibility requirements (b) Engages in any fraudulent or deceptive practices and (c)Violates the Terms outlined herein.
Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless XBO, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. XBO does not make any representation and warranties regarding the Giveaway. XBO does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any participants as a result of participating in the Giveaway.
Privacy Policy: You consent to any personal information you provide when participating in the Giveaway being used by XBO for the purposes of administrating the Giveaway. All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be used in accordance with the XBO’s privacy policy, available at https://www.xbo.com/en/privacy-policy.
Publicity Release: By entering the Giveaway, participants grant XBO the right to use their name, username, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Terms: XBO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond XBO's control.
Legal and Regulatory Restrictions: The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
