You can withdraw cryptocurrency or fiat by following these steps:
To transfer cryptocurrency to your personal wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom)
1.Go to your XBO.com wallet.
2.Choose the crypto you want to withdraw.
3.Click “Send”.
4.Choose how much you want to withdraw.
5.Select the network that will process the transaction. Make sure it matches the network of the receiving wallet, or your funds could be lost!
6.Paste your personal wallet address.
7.Click “Continue” to withdraw.
8.Confirm the transaction with the code sent to your phone number.
You can view the status of the withdrawal process in “Transaction history”. Once the transaction is processed, the crypto will be delivered to your personal wallet.
Important! If you make your first fiat deposit using a card, you won’t be able to withdraw crypto for 72 hours. This temporary lock allows us to detect and limit the risk of fraud.
To withdraw fiat to your bank account
1.Go to your fiat XBO.com wallet.
2.Choose the currency you want to withdraw.
3.Click “Withdraw”.
4.Choose how much you want to withdraw.
5.Enter your bank details.
6.Click “Withdraw”.
7.Confirm the transaction with the code sent to your phone number.
You can also view this process in “Transaction history”. Once it’s processed, you will receive the funds to your bank account.
